Community Guidelines – MeTalk

MeTalk is built for private communication, social connection, and sharing moments with people you choose. These guidelines explain what is not allowed.

Be respectful:

Do not harass, bully, threaten, shame, stalk, or target people with abuse. Do not encourage others to attack or harass someone.

No hateful conduct:

Do not promote hatred, discrimination, or dehumanization based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or serious disease.

No sexual exploitation or child safety violations:

Do not upload, request, share, threaten to share, or promote child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, grooming, sextortion, or sexual content involving minors. We may report child safety violations to appropriate authorities.

No non-consensual intimate content:

Do not share intimate images, videos, or private sexual content without consent. Do not threaten to share such content.

No violence or dangerous activity:

Do not threaten violence, promote terrorism or violent extremism, organize physical harm, encourage self-harm, or share instructions for serious harm.

No illegal goods or services:

Do not use MeTalk to buy, sell, or coordinate illegal drugs, weapons, stolen goods, counterfeit documents, trafficking, or other illegal activity.

No spam, scams, or deception:

Do not send spam, phishing links, fake giveaways, impersonation attempts, malware, investment scams, romance scams, or deceptive requests for money or credentials.

Respect privacy:

Do not share another person’s personal data, private messages, location, identification documents, contact details, or confidential information without permission.

Respect intellectual property:

Do not upload or distribute content you do not have rights to share.

Reporting and blocking:

Users should be able to report abusive content or accounts and block unwanted contact. Reports may be reviewed by MeTalk for safety, moderation, and policy enforcement.

Enforcement:

Depending on severity, we may remove content, limit visibility, warn users, restrict features, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, or report serious violations to authorities.
