Terms of Service – MeTalk

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of MeTalk. By creating an account or using MeTalk, you agree to these Terms.

Who may use MeTalk:

You must be legally allowed to use MeTalk in your country and old enough to consent to these Terms. If you use MeTalk on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

Your account:

You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. Keep your password and verification codes secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use:

You agree not to:

  • violate laws or regulations;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
  • harass, threaten, bully, exploit, or abuse others;
  • upload illegal, harmful, hateful, sexually exploitative, violent, or non-consensual content;
  • share private information about others without permission;
  • send spam, scams, malware, phishing, or deceptive content;
  • interfere with the app, servers, security, or network operations;
  • reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse MeTalk except where allowed by law;
  • use MeTalk to coordinate harmful, illegal, or abusive activity.

User content:

You keep ownership of content you create or upload. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, transmit, display, process, reproduce, and distribute your content as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and improve MeTalk.

You are responsible for the content you submit and must have the rights needed to share it. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts if content or behavior violates these Terms, Community Guidelines, law, or safety requirements.

Messaging and calls:

MeTalk provides communication features such as messages, moments, friend requests, groups, audio calls, and video calls. We do not guarantee that all messages, calls, notifications, or media will always be delivered, available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Moderation and enforcement:

We may review reports, investigate suspicious activity, restrict content visibility, remove content, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, or cooperate with authorities when we believe it is necessary to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

Third-party services:

MeTalk may rely on third-party infrastructure, hosting, push notification, storage, and calling providers. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

Service changes:

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these Terms. If changes are material, we will provide notice where required.

Disclaimers:

MeTalk is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.

Limitation of liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WONG MEAN YANN will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or service interruption.

Termination:

You may stop using MeTalk at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal risk, harm other users, or misuse the service.
